Per-Word for Self-Service

One-off content is billed at $0.12 per word. You control the scope and budget. No retainers, no lock-in — just pay for what you order.

Managed programs are priced based on your volume, frequency, and content mix. Every quote is itemized before we begin — no guesswork.

Nothing Hidden

What’s included in the per-word price?
Everything. Your per-word rate covers the AEO-optimized content, answer-first structuring, entity mapping, schema markup (Article, FAQ, HowTo), meta titles and descriptions, OG tags, and multi-platform citation testing across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. There are no additional charges for these items.
Why don’t you publish managed program pricing?
Because managed programs vary significantly in scope. A client publishing 4 articles per month in one niche has very different needs to one publishing 12 in a competitive industry. Quoting to scope means you get a rate that reflects your actual volume and content mix — not a flat rate that overcharges small clients or underserves large ones. Every quote is fully itemized and approved before any work begins.
Is there a minimum order size?
For self-service content, the minimum is 1,000 words per article. For managed programs, the minimum is 4 articles per month. There’s no minimum contract length — you can scale up or down month to month.
How do revisions work?
Self-service orders include 1 round of revisions. Managed programs include 2 rounds per piece. Enterprise clients get unlimited revisions. All revisions are handled over email — just reply with your feedback and we’ll turn it around promptly.
What are your payment terms?
Self-service orders are invoiced upon quote approval. Managed programs are invoiced monthly at the start of each billing cycle. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards. Net-15 terms are available for Enterprise clients.
Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely. Most managed clients start with a self-service order to test quality and process before committing to a program. You can also scale your managed program up or down at the start of any billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
